Wim Wenders. Instant Stories opens at C|O Berlin
Tomorrow, Friday 6th July, at C|O Berlin we are celebrating the big opening of the exhibition Wim Wenders. Instant Stories. Realized in cooperation with the Wim Wenders Foundation and The Photographers’ Gallery in London, the show presents a selection of approximately 240 Polaroids by Wim Wenders from the late 1960s to the early 1980s, when Polaroids were his preferred photographic medium.
As part of the exhibition’s side-program, there will be an Artist Talk on Sunday July 8th at 12 pm with Wim Wenders moderated by Andrea Thilo. This will be followed by a screening at Delphi Filmpalast of Alice in the Cities (1974) in which the main character Philip Winter wanders through America with a SX-70 Polaroid camera. Tickets available at C|O Berlin. Additionally Yorck Kinogruppe will be organizing a selected Wim Wenders film program through July and August at Delphi LUX. Both in cooperation with the Wim Wenders Foundation.
