HONORARY GOLDEN BEAR AWARD FOR MARTIN SCORSESE
Standing ovations for Martin Scorsese who received the Honorary Golden Bear Award for his lifetime achievement at the Berlin International Film Festival.
Wim Wenders‘ warmhearted laudatory speech honored Martin as the reigning “King of Cinema”.
Scorsese’s Film Foundation that Wim described as the Noah’s Ark for film heritage recently helped restore the film Lighting Over Water.
