W.I.M. In the Course of Time – A Wim Wenders Film Series

In June, the DFF cinema complements the exhibition with a curated film series presenting three films by Wenders shot in Japan, alongside three works by the director he deeply admired, Yasujirō Ozu. As Wenders once wrote: “If there were still sanctuaries in our century—if there were such a thing as a sacred treasure of cinema—then for me it would be the work of the Japanese director Yasujiro Ozu.”
