Oberlin speech: Wim Wenders and Volker Schlöndorff

Oberlinhaus, Potsdam, Germany

This year  Wim Wenders and Volker Schlöndorff will give the traditional Oberlin speech. The Oberlin Speech is an annual series of events organized by the Oberlin Foundation, to which well-known personalities are invited on socially relevant topics.

On November 10th, both filmmakers will share their thoughts, experiences and attitudes towards faith and prayer. The topic „Images as a language of faith“ will be discussed with Dr. Matthias Fichtmüller, the theological director of the Oberlinhaus, and will focus on biographical and life-shaping topics. A subsequent reception offers time and space for further mutual exchange.
