Born on January 1961 in Berlin, Germany, Daughter of Klaus Kinski, sister of Pola Kinski and cousin of Lara Naszinsky.

Nastassia Kinski had an itinerant childhood, following her father actoss Germany to Italy, France, Spain and Venezuela. Had her screen debut in Wim Wenders'
" Wrong Move".

She went to school in Rome, Munich and Caracas; learned English in the United States and studied with Lee Strasberg at the Actor's Studio. She shot her first film in English in 1976, was awarded the "Bambi" and "Otto" Prizes in 1978, and had her first international success with "Cosi Come Sei".

She won a Golden Globe for "Tess", and since then spend her time between France, Germany and Hollywood. She is fluent in English, German, French, Italian and Russian. Supported the "International Red Cross" financially and in the media.
